Clarity Sessions

A Clarity Session is a private 60-minute, 1:1 session with Sara , a professional wedding planner based in Byron Bay and working anywhere accross the Northern Rivers. It's designed for couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. You leave with clear direction, a personalised planning roadmap, and the confidence to move forward.

It's for couples who are self-planning their wedding and need expert guidance without hiring a full-time planner. This session is for you, whether you're planning a wedding in Byron Bay, the Northern Rivers, Bangalow, Brunswick Heads or the surrounding hinterland.

Every session is tailored to you. Couples bring questions about timelines, vendor selection, budgeting, styling, logistics, or general planning overwhelm. There's no set agenda, we focus on what matters most to you.

After booking, you'll complete a short pre-session questionnaire so Sara can prepare before you meet. The 60-minute session is then focused, personalised, and efficient, no time wasted getting up to speed.

Both the single session and the Clarity Series include a personalised planning roadmap after each session sent to your email. Clear next steps and recommendations tailored to your wedding. The Series also includes vendor guidance, the wedding day planner tool and email support between sessions.

Payment is made at the time of booking through Calendly, before your session is confirmed. Sessions are non-refundable, but if something comes up, you're welcome to reschedule, life happens, and we want you to get the most out of your time together.

No, a Clarity Session gives you expert guidance without the ongoing cost of a full planner. It's ideal for couples who are managing their own planning but need direction and professional advice. If you do need full planning support, or if your venue has an in-house coordinator, we're always happy to point you in the right direction, the goal is simply to make sure you get the help that's right for you.

To ensure every couple receives thoughtful, personalised attention, only a limited number of sessions are accepted each week. Sara is a practising wedding industry professional, and that real-world experience is exactly what makes these sessions so valuable, but it also means spots are genuinely limited.
